Counselling sessions are usually 1 hour, Sometimes longer sessions are preferred or needed which can be facilitated.

Sessions are either in person in Bolventor or online. Phone counselling is also available if you are uncomfortable with video.

Every month I have 12 hours available for low cost (£35) client work for those on low income. To find out more about this please email me directly. There is currently a waiting list for this and I work on a highest need basis.

3 step rewind is done over 3 sessions and is generally used for a specific traumatic event.

A free consultation is necessary to book this as it is not the right approach for everyone.

Most often used for birth trauma and specific incidences of trauma.

Generally held over 2 sessions, in person or online although this can be adapted to suit different budgets and need.
